At ST SOUL, we take pride in offering high-quality casual-chic pieces. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our policy carefully:

1. Size Exchange Only

• Exchanges are allowed only for size adjustments.

• Please choose your size carefully before placing your order, as exchanges are your responsibility.

• Delivery costs for size exchanges are borne by the customer.

2. No Returns

• We do not accept returns for products unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Manufacturing Defect

• If an item has a manufacturing defect, it can be returned, and we will provide a full refund or replacement.

• Return shipping for defective items will be covered by us.

4. Shipping & Inspection Policy

• No inspection upon delivery is allowed due to shipping company policies. Please ensure the size and details are correct before placing your order.

Important:

• Please inspect your item upon delivery and report any defects on the same day of delivery.

• Exchange or return requests made after the delivery day will not be accepted.

• يُسمح بالاستبدال فقط لتغيير المقاس.

• تكلفة التوصيل عند استبدال المقاس على العميل.

2. لا استرجاع

• لا نقبل استرجاع المنتجات إلا في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع.

3. عيب التصنيع

• إذا كان المنتج يحتوي على عيب تصنيع، يمكن استرجاعه، وسنقوم بتقديم استرداد كامل أو استبدال.

• تكلفة التوصيل للمنتجات المعيبة تتحملها الشركة.

4. سياسة الشحن والمعاينة

• لا يسمح بالمعاينة عند التسليم بسبب سياسات شركات الشحن، لذا يرجى التأكد من المقاس والتفاصيل قبل الشراء.

مهم:

• يرجى فحص المنتج عند التسليم والإبلاغ عن أي عيوب في نفس يوم التسليم.

• لن يتم قبول أي طلبات استبدال أو استرجاع بعد يوم التسليم.
